The end of the year 2022 is just around the corner. To finish out this year, we are hosting an online symposium and inviting four
lecturers who lead their respective fields of expertise to guide us through the main points of corporate legal risk management, to
help us understand the relationship between the management and legal affairs for cultivating and nurturing compliance culture and
to illustrate the state of internal whistleblowing systems for risk management at peacetime, points to keep in mind when launching
a third-party panel, international arbitration which is risk management in cases of emergencies, the different stances towards
international disputes between foreign and Japanese companies, etc.
The symposium will also touch upon “investment in human capital,” one of the most important non-financial information for
corporate management, and cover the roles required of legal affairs in developing talent who can deal with legal, management, and
business matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the most important topics in corporate legal
affairs today. We look forward to your participation.
